TGC PATRON INCIDENT & EMERGENCY REPORTING FLOW CHART
If an emergency or incident occurs (injury, accident, fire, medical episode):
STEP 1 – Call for Emergency Assistance
Call 000 (Ambulance, Police, or Fire) if required.
Provide location: Toronto Golf Club, 122 Wangi Road, Toronto NSW – specify golf hole or facility area.
STEP 2 – Notify Onsite Personnel
Pro Shop (Mon-Sun 6:00am–6:00pm): 4950 3785
A staff member will:
Contact Greens Staff or Club House Supervisor immediately.
Staff will attend scene with first aid kit or defibrillator if required.
Record key details.
STEP 3 – Secure Scene if Safe
Do not move injured parties unless necessary.
Keep other golfers away from area until staff arrive.
Outside Pro Shop Operating Hours
If incident occurs when Pro Shop is closed:
STEP 1 – Call Emergency Services if Needed
Dial 000 immediately for Ambulance, Police, or Fire.
Provide location: Toronto Golf Club, 122 Wangi Road, Toronto NSW – specify golf hole or facility area.
STEP 2 – Notify Club Management
Contact after hours contact (Toronto Workers Club Duty Manager 4959 2011).
Leave detailed voicemail or text if unable to make direct contact.
STEP 3 – Secure Scene if Safe
Do not move injured parties unless necessary.
Keep other golfers away from area until emergency services arrive.
STEP 4 – Record and Report
Complete a written incident note as soon as possible (include names, time, witnesses, description).
Submit to Pro Shop the following morning.
Minor Incidents or Near Misses
Report all slips, trips, property damage, or behavioural issues to:
Pro Shop Staff during hours.
Club House Supervisor after hours.
These are logged in the Incident Register for safety review.

Defibrillator (AED): Located at Pro Shop Member’s Room
First Aid Kits: Pro Shop, Clubhouse.
Assembly Point: Main car park near entrance gate.
